Two-story modular home, ~2,800 sq ft

Tight driveway corner required special equipment and close coordination with the set crew

Client was based in Alaska throughout the entire design, purchase, and production process

Randy made multiple on-site trips to coordinate with GCs and subs on the client's behalf

Design featured exterior balconies off the master suite and lower kitchen area, plus large opening glass doors
