During a slow season at Elavate, just after relocating our facility, the Valdez project came at the perfect time. Despite the challenges, our team remained steady—same people, same high standards. When we flew down to meet Erin and her mom for the first time at a Starbucks, they were interviewing us to see if we were the right builder for their dream home.
