Adding to our process
For this project, we added in a step of assembling the roof mod on top of the lower mods to ensure everything lined up on site.
Flexibility through every step
As the framing was going up, our client’s vision for blinds and a few other things came to fruition. We want to be known for always saying yes, so we got together with our team in the factory and made a way to bring our clients’ vision to life.
On set day, the set crew and on site teams worked flawlessly to assemble the project and beat the rain, sealing the roof and decks before any damage could be done. When building custom modular, having the right partners is so important. We are thankful for all of the individuals and teams we’ve work with through the years that have finished what we start in the factory.
